About the show
URN's definitive mix of American slacker rock, Swedish twee-pop, Canadian power-pop and anything that falls in between is back. For two hours every Sunday from 7pm, Dave and Bolts dedicate themselves to shining a light into the murky depths of all that is alternative. Expect to hear the likes of Pavement, Guided by Voices, The National and The New Pornographers, as well as our picks of the best new music this side of left-field.
Away from the music, you'll hear features of varying success. Regular favourites 'Forced Feature', 'Under the Covers' and 'Textual Healing' return, whilst new contenders 'Alternative Justice', 'Super Indie Fighter' and 'Mash Hysteria' battle for the honour of being our most poorly titled feature ever.
